Joe & Lowrey

Just received and opened up the Brown Trout.  In a word AWESOME!  I know that we had a lot of discussion on this fish, but it was worth it.  I could not be more satisfied with the result and look forward to the quote on the Lake Trout and Steelhead I sent you.  I think they will make my trophy room complete.

Thanks again on all the effor in making this piece a true fish of a lifetime!

Hello Joe,

I would like to say I'm very happy with the Steelhead you've done for me.  It couldn't be any closer to the size and pictures I sent you.  The painting detail and the eyes are so perfect, it gives it a real life look to it, and the driftwood you mounted it on just brings it all together.  I'm very happy with this mount and got alot of complements on the mount.

Thank You.

Ken Mielcarz

Joe and Lowrey,

I wanted to send a quick note over to you as a HUGE thank you for the work and service you and your staff provided to me. Having been drawn for a once and a lifetime hunt, I will always have the great memories flashed back in my mind every time I look at my trophy Bull. The detail that went into this mount in outstanding! Thanks again for everything you have done for me and I look forward to having you do more work for me in the future!!

Dear Joe, Lowrey, & Staff,

Having hunted in India, Africa, Germany, New Zealand, Scotland, Canada, and the U.S.A., I feel obligated at this time to express my extreme gratification for the service which Northeast Taxidermy Studios most recently provided. I found the entire staff at Northeast Taxidermy Studios to be highly professional, motivated, innovative and most knowledgeable of animal anatomy, clearly gained through years of experience and specialized training. Simply stated, the quality of the work and extreme attention to detail far exceeded my highest expectations. Wishing the entire staff at Northeast Taxidermy Studios continued success.

Respectfully,

Richard L. Seebeck

Dear Joe & Lowrey,

In June of 2008, lady luck shined upon me and I caught the striped of a lifetime, a 62.5 pound, 55 inch Striped Bass. The fish took Striper of the year in the On The Water Striper Cup and is my personal best. Immediately after weighing the fish I knew I wanted to have it mounted and I also knew I wanted the taxidermy to be done by the best in the business. I have many friends in the fishing industry, both professional and recreational and when I inquired about Taxidermy for my trophy fish, the overwhelming majority recommended Northeast Taxidermy Studios. My decision was made. After speaking to both of you on the phone to explain how I would like my fish mounted and then getting your feedback, I was convinced I had made the right decision. It was very obvious that you both took a personal interest in meeting my expectations. In late fall 2008, you contacted me to let me know my fish had been completed. Honestly, I was amazed that it was ready as promised. My previous experience with taxidermists was a year or more wait. I made the trip to Middletown with excited anticipation and was awed by the displays in your studio. From African Big Game to Waterfowl, Upland birds and North American Big Game, the artistic presentation and attention to detail were amazing. After a short wait, I got to meet you both and then Joe took me on the grand tour of the facility, explaining every aspect of the process from arrival to completion. And then it was time to see my Striper. Words cannot describe the appearance of this mount. It looks as though it could swim off the wall. The colors are perfect. The gills, fins, tail, and every detail of the fish look real. What more can I say! Thank you both. I will be back and I recommend your work to everyone I know.

Sincerely,

Mark H. Sherer

Dear Joe,

This letter of recommendation for Northeast Taxidermy Studios is to any prospective customer planning a hunting expedition, whether it be down the street or across the world. My experience with Northeast Taxidermy Studios is unsurpassed in service, quality, and cooperation. My first encounter with Northeast Taxidermy Studios was at the Big E Sportsmen’s Show in Springfield, MA, in February. In May I was going on my hunt of a lifetime to the Alaskan Peninsular for a Brown Bear. Until that show, I had made inquiries to many taxidermists across the country. I received many brochures, pamphlets, colored photos, and pricing of their products. The display that was at that show I thought was exciting and tremendous, and after talking to Joe, I felt that I had found my taxidermist. One day a few weeks later, I took a surprise trip to his studio and was not disappointed, but duly impressed with the entire operation and made arrangements for the bear hide, if I was so lucky, to be shipped to them for a full-mount presentation. While they were working on my bear, I was fortunate to harvest an eight point buck scoring 139 7/8. This was also delivered to Northeast Taxidermy to have a shoulder mount done. I have seven other mounts, done by three other taxidermists, besides the ones done by Northeast Taxidermy and they by no means measure up to the quality of mounts done by Northeast. When I received my bear mount, I was absolutely astonished at the incredible job that they had done. All my friends and family are extremely impressed with the detail and unbelievable lifelike qualities of this mount. I extend my best regards to everyone that is part of your team at Northeast Taxidermy and especially your wife, Lowrey. My best wishes to all. You can bet your list that for the next trophy that I harvest, Northeast Taxidermy Studio will be the taxidermist.

Respectively,

Oreste (Rusty) Magliozzi

Middleton, MA

Mr. Joe Pitruzzello,

You did a deer (an eight point deer shoulder mount) for me and I picked it up a couple weeks ago. I have had other deer mounts done by other taxidermists in the past, and the quality of the mount that you did is indescribably better than the others. In the couple weeks that I have had it on my wall, I have had nothing but compliments. I will certainly and have given your name and the name of your business to many people and will continue to do so. After talking to you in person and after seeing the quality of your work, I can tell that you put your heart and soul into what you do. I love my mount, the detail is fantastic and I will treasure it forever. I hope I have the opportunity to get another trophy and bring it to you.

Thanks again,

Dear Joe and employees,

I’m enthusiastically sending this letter regarding two mounts that Northeast Taxidermy constructed for me this past winter. The mount of my snow goose and my golden eye were done magnificently. The attention to detail and balance was outstanding. The air brushing on the beak and feet were done “scary real.” Both you and your crew are true artists. Other taxidermists have done mounts for me in the past and that is exactly what they were, plain “mounts.” The real life look that you and your team constructed on these birds is unbelievable. House guests cannot believe the beauty of these birds. As a business owner, I know how important word of mouth advertising is for business. Now you have earned one more “good word” and satisfied client. Keep up the good work. I’ll see you for my next project.

Sincerely,

Al Leavitt Jr.

Dear Joe,

I would like to thank you for your professional work you have done for my clients. I have been thanked by them, for your work. With all the taxidermists here in Pulaski, I see a lot of fish mounts. Their work doesn’t even come close to yours. The first look life-like. I’ve yet to see work comparable to yours. Once again, I would like to thank you for making my business a success. I’m sure you’ll be seeing many more fish from myself and my clients.

Sincerely,

Arthur W. Novarro Jr.

To: Northeast Taxidermy Studios and Crew:

I am writing this letter to let you all know how much I appreciate the work you have done for me this past 3 or 4 years. I have been hunting and fishing in most of North America and in a good part of the world from New Zealand to the Arctic Circle for 25 years. In previous years I have used 6 or 7 taxidermists throughout the country. When I met Joe Pitruzzello and decided to have Northeast Taxidermy Studios do some work for me. I could not believe the quality of the workmanship from the very first job I commissioned. Work done on grizzly bear, caribou, wolverine, New Zealand stag as well as on the smaller wild life such as fox, bob cat, ducks and many fish mounts has been excellent. I am looking forward to the completion of the life-size grizzly and 2 wolves mount. As far as I am concerned, you are the best taxidermist in the country that I have used. All the work accurately represents each species in its natural habitat. I would highly recommend the use of Northeast Taxidermy Studios to anybody who is looking for quality work.

John E. Dusa

Hi Joe,

Thanks so much for the beautiful job you did on my northern pike, it really looks sweet! In fact it looked so good I took a couple of my other mounts and put them in the basement. There was no comparison. I owe you one, Joe, big time!

Thanks again,

To Joe Pitruzzello & Co.,

Thank you very much for the beautiful striped bass mount that you and your staff completed for me. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and artistry makes the fish seem alive. All of the mounts that I have seen from Northeast Taxidermy appear as if to be alive. In my opinion, Northeast Taxidermy is the only taxidermy establishment where I will have future mounts done. You and your staff are truly gifted. Thank you for the very professional job.

Sincerely,

Paul Krupczak

Dear Joe,

Thanks for everything. I can’t tell you how impressed I’ve been with your professionalism. I plan to use you exclusively and will advise as many people as possible to do likewise. Yours is the best workmanship I’ve seen (skin and fiberglass mounts). Thanks for everything and expect to see more from me.

Sincerely,

Dear Northeast Taxidermy Staff,

I would like to give special thanks for the beautiful work on our first Whitetail Deer trophy mount. It looks so real and the detail is amazing. This was our first successful father and son hunt together, and this will preserve the fond memory. It is a great addition to our hunting room. Lowrey, thanks for the tour of the workshop too. My son enjoyed looking at all the exotics. Everybody is correct by saying you guys are the best. Can’t wait to see you all this season!

Take care,

Jon and Justin Mayer

To Joe, Lowrey, and the entire team at Northeast Taxidermy,

I would like to say thank you so very much for an absolutely beautiful job on mounting my rainbow trout. To look at it now brings back the special moment of the day when I held on to it and brought it in the boat. I am amazed at how life like it looks. You people are talented artists at what you do. It was well worth every cent I spent on it. Growing up hunting and fishing all my life, I think it is great to be able to capture and preserve nature like this. And you people make it possible. I will always highly recommend you to anyone looking to preserve nature’s finest creations. There may be other taxidermists, but you guys are in a class all by yourselves! I wish you and your business the very best now and in the future! Once again, thank you!

Kevin Yantosh

Joe,

That yellowfin tuna mount you dropped off at my dad’s tackle shop was superb. Hopefully it will help get you a few more mounts. Thanks, and keep up the good work. I have not heard a bad thing from any of my (our) customers that had mounts done. As a matter of fact, they did nothing but rave about the quality of the workmanship.

Dear Joe and co-workers,

I just wanted to thank you for the magnificent reproductions of the two fish you did for me recently. You are truly excelling in this art, and I am especially thankful for the very real eyes you provided for the shark. I will be back with more fish.

Wish best wishes,

Dr. Hartmut Kramer-Mills

Hi Joe,

Just a short note to say “thanks” for the striped bass mount that arrived a few days ago. The mount and painting looks great. The striped bass is now on display at the Sportsmen’s Center, in Bordentown, NJ. This coming weekend, the Center is holding their annual festival, so thousands of anglers will be seeing your talents with my mounted striped bass. Hopefully, in the upcoming months, some of these anglers will contact me about having a skin mount or a fiberglass mount done by Northeast Taxidermy. Thanks again for the mount , and hopefully we can do some business during the upcoming year.

Regards,

Dear Lowrey,

I thought Joe did an outstanding job on my Coues deer. Everyone that has seen it comments on the great taxidermy work and how life-like it appears to be. Also, your service was excellent in that I got the deer back in 6 months just like Joe said I would. Once again it was nice not having to wait a year like at other places. Thanks again and I hope I will be lucky enough to have something to bring your way after this hunting season.

Sincerely

Bob Ballas

Greetings:

To whomever mounted my Whitetail Buck head, all I have to say is it is by far the best mount I have on my walls. So lifelike and detailed. You really are artists.

Very truly,

Jim Kolesar

Dear Joe,

On behalf of the officers and members of the Massachusetts Striped Bass Association, I would like to thank you for your generosity and comment you on your skills for the restoration work you recently completed on our Striped Bass. The fish actually looks like a Striped Bass again! As a matter of fact, it looks as though it was just taken out of the water: a far cry from what it looked like prior to your work. We will be looking forward to meeting and seeing you at the Annual Sports EXPO next year. Until then, thanks again for a great job. We will now be able to display it proudly.

Sincerely yours,

Ralph Bergonzi, President

Mass. Striped Bass Association

Dear Joe & Lowrey Pitruzzello,

I am writing to thank you for the wonderful job you did mounting my King Salmon. Rarely have I seen a taxidermist with your attention to authenticity and deail, fewer still with your artistic expertise when it comes to painting a fish in its true spawning colors. I will be sending you a male brown trout that I had mounted by another taxidermist several years ago. I was sorely disappointed in his ability to capture the vivid colors of a spawning brown. I’m sure you can restore this mount to its true majesty, as I’ve seen several brown trout mounts you’ve completed. Once again, thanks for a beautiful mount, and I will be recommending your services to my friends and any acquaintances that are looking for the best in taxidermist.

Sincerely,

Hermon Ashline

Albany, NY

Lowery and Joe,

I received my king salmon mount yesterday.  I just wanted to say that is one of the best looking fish mounts that I have EVER seen!  The amount of detail you guys put into the fish is phenomonal!  I very much appreciate you doing such a great job on it!  I will be in touch soon as I am going to be doing a lot of fishing this summer and would very much like it for you guys to do any mounts I may have in the future.

Thank you again very much!
